Do not park on Polk. They are now enforcing no-parking zones in bike lanes and so you will be ticketed or towed if you are parked in a bike lane! There is street parking available on surrounding streets, some of which is metered, but all of which is free after 6pm! There are a variety of pay lots in the area and we recommend parking in the one caddy corner from our entrance at Polk and St. Emanuel as it is typically $5, monitored and convenient.

Do take note that if there is an event at The Toyota Center or BBVA Compass Stadium like a Rockets or Dynamo game, parking will become more scarce and you will see the pay lot rates increase.
